Common questions.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you don't add a payment method, the account pauses. Your data stays. If you decide to come back later, you pick up where you left off. No "sales rep will follow up" pressure — that's not how we sell.
Do you charge per VIN or per photo?
No. Each tier has a soft ceiling on active VINs, but within that ceiling, you can run as many photos and VDP regenerations as you need. The economics are designed so that aggressive merchandising doesn't punish you.
What if my inventory size fluctuates seasonally?
The tiers track your average active VINs across the billing month, not peaks. You won't get bumped to the next tier because of one busy week. You can also manually downgrade and upgrade at any time from settings.
Can I run a pilot on a subset of my inventory before committing?
Yes. The 30-day free trial is the version of this most dealers run. Connect your inventory, see the output, decide. If you want a longer pilot or a partial-inventory test, contact us — we're flexible because we're new.
Is there an enterprise tier for large dealer groups?
Not yet. Group tier covers most multi-rooftop scenarios. If you're running 20+ rooftops or 1,000+ VINs and need custom contract terms, reach out and we'll figure something out.
